Project Overview
CivicFix is a production-deployed civic-tech platform that connects citizens, administrators, and field officers in a single workflow for reporting and resolving public infrastructure issues. Citizens submit reports with photo evidence and location data through a mobile app. Administrators manage incoming reports, assign them to officers, and monitor performance through a dashboard. Officers receive assigned work queues, update statuses, and upload resolution evidence. The platform serves municipal governments, community organizations, and any body responsible for maintaining public infrastructure.
Problem
- Citizens lack easy ways to report issues with evidence.
- Public issue resolution lacks transparency.
- Admin teams need structured workflows for triage and assignment.
